Our menu is created daily using products delivered to the restaurant each morning from local California farmers, fishermen, and purveyors. The food is modern French, embracing the delicacy and technique of the “fine dining” tradition and combining it with a modern, clean sensibility and seasonal, market driven ingredients. In the Bay Area, we are fortunate to have some of the world’s greatest produce and bounty at our fingertips and we do our best not to change, but to respect and accentuate their natural goodness in our cooking.
